It’s somehow weird to read that Mario Götze’s contract expired and he’s without a club. Another talent wilted away at Bayern. World cup winning goal scorer this time. Returning to BVB , after leaving them in the manner he did , looked odd and apparently the mutual feeling is at best described luke warm.
Chose big buck before being loved - my sympathy is somewhat limited for that reason - but still a bit sad this.

Wow. I wasn’t expecting that to be ruled out. Thought that was only for PL tbh. Very very close.
That turn by Coman though for the ruled out goal, opened up the game completely. Pressing higher up the pitch becomes risky with such midfield quality.
A little more further and it would have been a definite red. Injured as well Kimmich with that challenge.

Kimmich injury is bad news for Bayern. Apart from Lewandowski arguably their most important player imo.
