I love that he didnt really answer that question about passing, and even if he had no one would have believed him had he given any answer other than yes :joy:

Dortmund dropped points in their last three league games and without a win in all competitions in the last 5 games.

Some tasty fixtures tomorrow with Leverkusen vs Frankfurt and Bayern vs Stuttgart.

Expecting a Leverkusen draw.

Usually after a loss Bayern makes their next opponent pay for it in the next match. So probably a thrashing for Stuttgart.

RIP der Kaiser❤️ You will be sorely missed.

A true icon and legend of the game, one of the most graceful footballers of who won everything. A huge loss to world football as well as Germany.

A football great. Also heard very positive things about him from people who shared his company.

My grandad worked with him when he took him to New York Cosmos and then back to Germany, to Ernst Happel’s HSV.

There’s my old man with him. Told me how Franz and especially Sepp Maier took really good care of him on team travels, played games with him, etc.

Tells me how most footballers these days seem utterly boring and stupid as individuals compared to a lot of them from that era.

:joy:

Wow! What a story Zoran, your Dad was a very lucky boy, going to New York Cosmos.
I heard that Beckenbauer was a very charming personality and a very intetesting conversationalist and was good company

Sad to hear of the passing of Der Kaiser, legendary player, one of the very best.

Dont know if this was expected, but now official that Watzke to be stepping down at the end of the season.

Victor Boniface 10 goals 7 assists for Leverkusen in the league injured before the Africa Cup even started. Out for at least 6 weeks.

Good move

Actually worse. Club doesn’t expect him to be back before April.

A lovely tribute from Carragher, “he thinks he’s Beckenbauer now”

Enjoying Bayern Munich’s transfer rumours today.

They have walked away from Palinha, tried to hijack Dragusin but he’s chosen Spurs, and have now turned to Eric fucking Dier.

Bayern going for Eric Dier must be one of the most random moves in recent years.

Found some of their planning, especially in defence, incredible in last years. So many weird moves.

He can’t believe his luck probably, going from low down the pecking order at Spurs to Bayern.

I heard similar phrase alot whe I was a youngster, especially when kids played football in the park.

Many football greats we looked up to are sadly going.

I think I’ve worked it out…no one can understand Harry Kane (to spitty, Jamie Oliver tongue etc), and he has no friends, so they’re brining Eric in.
