Championship and Football League

Don’t be so sensible…

The internet needs to moan and so it’s people mentioning City and Everton fans.

All three clubs have one thing common, they all cheated, people saying it’s only 3 games and yet there is a 5 month gap between two.

Which to me suggests they’ve chosen the games they didn’t do much in.

Or is it only 3 games that have come to light?

If they have done it for 3 games, might it be plausable that they have done it in other games as well?

The fact that they did it at least 3 times is probably a factor - that shows systematic cheating. The fact that it was so blatant (intern hiding behind a tree, ffs) probably factors in as well, that is an obvious disrespect for the rules, with absolutely no grey area.

Oh they’ve done it more. 5 month gap between seems obvious.

Punishment stands as a member of the football community I say good.

Southampton have had their appeal rejected, and rightly so.

I hope 'Boro come up now. And if I was in any way connected to them I’d have every member of the squad kitted out in camoflage gear, with binoculars and video cameras for the lap of honour after the way that Southampton twat was acting after they scored the winner last week.

I had a bit of an unsavory encounter with some Hull fans last time they were in the Prem. I hope they never come back.

Sadly cunts in every fan base. My only really bad encounter was with some West Ham fans who were racist/homophobic. So I’m not losing sleep over them going down.

Lot of boohoo for the players but the photo above is why I only really care about the fans.

You have to learn to stop sharing so much personal details on the internet

The report on Soton is damning. It’s like when Boris Johnson trots out that it was only a bit of cake. Ignoring the photo where he’s toasting staff.

Could it be a farcical situation where a team loses semi but reinstated. That team then wins the final but the losing team gets promotion…

For me it is because Manchester can absorb a football club that the owners wanted to build. Wrexham cannot. It was a great story initially given how low they had fallen that is was great for a club with a proud tradition and for the region to see them lifted up a bit. But then you realize they want to keep going and that just seems like an Icarus thing that is only going to lead to pain.

Late Hull goal probably the best outcome.

I sort of get the Hull position of proactively exploring their options, but his argument of preferring Wrexham get the spot was bonkers. If Boro are invalid finalists because they had already been knocked out then so too are Wrexham :man_shrugging:

I wasn’t really paying much attention to the match but having it in the background, but my impression was that Middlesbrough played a much better game with more attacking against Hull. Am I mistaken?
