I don’t underestimate Pence’s doggedness. The only thing that matters to these is having the base for 2024. I bet you get a wistful speech from him soon on the magnificence of Trump’s presidency.

To be fair, he hasn’t had 5 years of being the scapegoat and being called judas or a traitor, but after being turned on simply for doing his job, he has no reason to stick with Trump any longer.
And without that need, he can now release any/all evidence he has on Trump as Trump has already shown he is willing to cast Pence aside without any hesitation
