Yeah, Mount had a pretty crappy year. It would be interesting to know if it was an outlier for him, and whether he might be reasonably expected to perform better for United.

I donāt work but can confirm it is not at all like this, even in the slowest and slackest of govt departments. That said, flexible work is almost ubiquitous here and most - outside of a few high pay/stress professions - would be able to organise their āwork lifeā so they could fairly regularly wrangle a Friday avo off to take a trip.
