Interestingly, the justice department have removed links to the evidence which may show Trump, but they haven’t removed the underlying pdf files. Someone posted this as an example. There are pictures clearly amongst those on the desk.
Yes they are corrupt but they are also useless. They were removing the content seemingly on the basis of reviewing SM posts identifying bits that were embarrassing to them, and even (very illegally) threw in some images there were not part of the files. And it was uncovered in minutes of release

This is really bad. Doing a placebo controlled trial while there is an established standard of care commits a portion of the patients to certain harm. It is simply unethical to do that and is why so many clinical trials are done without a true placebo these days. But the same principle is still applied, they are just compared against a different standard and the studies are designed to account for that and analyzed accordingly. Kennedy has this thing that this lack of placebo control makes the trials substandard, but that is the claim of a moron or a charlatan.
This is worse than just the study though because of the knock on effects it will have to global public health. One of the biggest challenges global health has faced since its become a field is getting subsaharan africa to accept medical care from outsiders due to very reasonable concerns over their historical treatment. This sort of moves has the potential to set back trust in these communities with impacts on rates of infectious disease that ripple all through the world.
