I used to have that with Thatcher. As despicable as that woman was, her voice grated on me like fingers scraping down a blackboard. I had to switch the sound off the telly if she was on. In fact I still do that if there is archive footage on.
The odd thing is, at the time they insisted that any Sinn FĆ©in politicians were dubbed by voice actors. They really did Gerry Adams a huge favour, because the Belfast accent can sound rather unsympathetic at the best of times, and they replaced him with a rather lilting Ulster accent with perfect diction.

I really donāt know. Noone has the stomach to do anything from what I can see.
The EU are just tiptoeing trying to negotiate a path through it. The populous is even worst and donāt care as long as they have their mobiles phones (perhaps cutting off mobile phones might get a reaction but what reaction is anyoneās guess).
The only real option I feel is having some sort of alliance with China and being strong. However relations with China are degrading and in any case it would be full of ādangersā. That the outcome can not be known isnāt important as we donāt know where any of this will lead. Just that itās not going to end well for someone or anyone.
World order has been stood on itās head. The only way is a complete rethink yet they are all running scared because thereās not the money. I feel it all needs a massive reset. Such a earthquake our children and childrenās children could suffer real bad. A rerun of the middle ages.
