There was another one reported yesterday or the day before of a 17 year old worker at Target who was arrested. Video shows he was just filming them but they, not caring about what a reasonable would take from the video evidence, of course made up bullshit about him impeeding an investigation and even attacking an agent. They then just beat the shit out of him and dropped him in a parking lot of a different store a mile away.
He’s a 17 year old US citizen. Even if you think this shit is justified for immigration enforcement, this is pure state sponsored terrorism

We’ve had confirmation that ICE will be coming in force to Maine possibly as early as next week. While I am a legal immigrant, citizen and military member I don’t think any of that would matter in the slightest to these thugs and Trump has had a hard on for Maine as we defied his order to ban trans athletes (we have 2 in the entire state, one in high school and one in college).

That was my thought too. If immigration visas are frozen the CBP will automatically increase scrutiny of tourist visas as the only way for possible migrants to enter US and disappear. Inevitably they will want to demonstrate they are ‘on top of the situation’ and set numbers for automatic refusal. Even if you get a tourist visa there’s nothing to stop them turning you away at customs control. It could get nasty but I genuinely think most overseas supporters are now thinking of ditching their plans to attend.
