She’s not even attempting to. It’s a complete rerun of her Senate hearing where she simply smears her Democrat questioners in reply to every question. If they do win the House back she should be very very nervous.
I am not sure she is on solid ground now, she has alienated quite a few House GOP - the kind of thing that causes important constituency trips to come up just before key votes

Trump is now in a full blown stand off with the court.
This term he has been using interim appointments to get around the need for senate confirmation for key executive branch appointments (putting in ideologues who would struggle to get approved). On several occasions the original interim term expired and he has responded by replacing them with a second interim and the court have rightly struck those down, pointing out that if such a thing were allowed it could be done in perpetuity negating the need to ever get senate confirmation. On at least 3 separate occasions in the DoJ the courts have appointed their own replacement to head an office, rejecting the legal status of Trump’s second interim appointment. Yesterday, the DoJ fired one of these court appointed hires mere days after the court put them in place.
Not to be hyperbolic about, but this is how civil wars start.
