We can argue all day long but where does that get us? you have on numerous occasions suggested the Brexit result was down to Racist/stupid people - that is an opinion.
The Country voted to leave the EU - that is a fact.
Can I ask how Countries in the EU are fairing economically? Shall we discuss the French economy? Shall we discuss the bailout of countries in the Eurozone? Shall we discuss why there is a rise in right wing politics in the EU? Why there is widespread poverty in the EU? Why legislation is imposed by the few, the Rich, the ones who you detest? If the EU is so great, why is it in such disarray?
If Left wing politics is without fault then why is it not thriving in the EU? Explain to me the difference of opinion to the difference of fact in this scenario.

I have never said RW politics is right and you will find that I never disputed the fact RW politics thrives in economic difficulties, I only challenged peopleās opinion that present day UK is no different to Nazi Germany.

No, I could take the time writing it out for you. There is an obvious reason why left wing politics is not thriving across Europe which has a lot to do with the political landscape and media discourse being controlled by the very people who would be worse off under progressive governments.
But since I can confidently say you wonāt even read it, like you clearly didnāt with the other posters who tried, I wonāt be wasting my time going any further than that.
Iāve had views in the past that I would call ignorant now, but I try not to hold opinions that donāt have an evidential basis to them, and I try not to base opinions on things I canāt prove.

(In seriousness, my attitude to Brexit has always been sympathy for the conned and contempt for the conmen - a lot of people voted Brexit for reasons Iād describe as racist and a lot voted without having a clue what they voted for - thatās undoubtedly true. Iām not sure I have ever claimed everyone was racist or stupid)

This is ridiculous and speculative. Is there a rise in RW politics, yes. However, has there been a shut down on the freedom of speech? I do not see a restriction on Pro-Palestine or Black right marches. In the press you will find more stories about England flags being removed from Lamposts because of peopleās concerns about them being devisive. You have formed an opinion that anyone who votes Reform is Racist, people can have concerns about immigration without being stupid or hateful.
From my understanding, you live in a nice village where the only thing that you can complain about is someone speeding through temporary traffic lights. So your perspective of life is completely different to the majority of the UK. This goes for all of us, which is why we need to be more understanding and not dismiss peopleās concerns because they are different to our own.
Anyhow, I am happy for you to reply in kind but I will not respond purely because we will not find common ground.
