Thank you very much. This is concerning then. Apparently 60% HEU can be enriched further, quite quickly, to produce bomb-grade uranium. Iran just received a huge push toward that outcome by the actions of Israel and America

He would say that,wouldn’t he?
The reality is he looks a fool as does Trump, and he is not going to like that.

He’s the biggest fucking thicko if he thinks US “entanglement “ in the Middle East existed only for the last 25 years.

Or he thinks the US general populace is.

Both those statements can be true.

No further confirmation needed,Vance is a thick as two short planks, just as thick as Trump who is also a raving lunatic!

It’s not exactly tough for Iran to get 90% enriched uranium when they’ve got a proliferator state as their neighbour and a Chinese puppet state in NK as their Ally.

At this point , I’d rather get the proposed nuclear bomb experiment over and done with and then hit Iran with the sanctions etc.

Nukes are more of a deterrent and not a proactive means of attack. To use them as an attack mechanism essentially means the state is commiting harakiri.

But Israel’s non existent existential threat from Iran continues to drive the discourse.

The reality he is speaking to there is that prior to 2001, the US public were really not affected much by US great power politics in the Middle East. The first Gulf War had minimal impact, only active service members and current reserves were involved, casualties were light, and hostilities were short. The al-Qaeda attacks of the 1990s made the news, but were far away. The Afghani and Iraqi quagmires were an entanglement in a very different way.

  • Our intelligence says there has been no change in Iranian capability

  • Isreal cooks up intelligence to say otherwise and starts a conflict

  • Trump sees the conflict being positively reported on Fox and decides he wants some of the praise

  • People lament that with Tucker no longer on fox the president is not seeing the anti-involvement side of the argument

Speaker of the house: We willfully abdicated our authority to approve these actions because we understand how imminent the threat and so the president needed to flexibility to act quickly

DoD: We’ve been planning this shit for months

Kinda like how Trump now seems to insinuate the problem with regime change is the ‘politically incorrect term’ and not the actual concept.

All 3 of the men who stood behind him during his address when disclosing these actions publicly and forcibly rejected that these actions are about regime change.

Before the EoD Trump was musing that regime change isnt such a bad thing.

Note, Israel are now bombing the shit out of Tehran, which is completely inconsistent with a targeted strike intended to set back their nuclear capability.
