Something strange keeps happening to GB News commentator Lucy White every time she sets foot in Heathrow Airport â she hears people speaking foreign!
White, a âdistinguished public policy professionalâ at Gunster Strategies as well as regular talking head at the hard right conspiracy theory channel, posted on, inevitably, X this week about her shocking experience at the airportâs Terminal 3.
âWent into M&S. Three @marksandspencer staff speaking in another language,â she wrote. âI asked them âWhat language are you speaking?â. They responded âHindiâ. I have a voice recording & their names to report to M&S. We must confront them every time.â
Quite why White was surreptitiously recording shop workers, or why someone whose X bio boasts she is a âUniversity of Cambridge Alumnaâ is shocked people who almost certainly live in the London Borough of Ealing speak Hindi is unclear. But even more incredible is how often this happens to her.
Back on July 6 she posted: âJust landed in London Heathrow. Majority of staff are Indian/Asian & are not speaking a word of English. I said to them, âSpeak Englishâ. Their reply, âYouâre being racistâ. They know Iâm right, so they have to use the race card. Deport them all. Why are they working at the first point of entry to the UK?! What must tourists think.â
While most tourists probably think âhow useful that airport staff speak more than one language, like pretty much every major airport in the worldâ, incredibly even this isnât the first time poor White has had such an experience.
In May she was moaning about âthe legal immigrants that are already in the UK and donât speak Englishâ. âCan they go too please?,â she pleaded. âIâm fed up of arriving at @HeathrowAirport & hearing Hindi.â
Perhaps the best thing White could do is avoid airports altogether in the future. Incredibly, theyâre full of foreigners!
