I wondered what was that all about, then I saw a video clip and the hoard of reporters and cameras lined up in front of the English bench was literally 2-3 feet.

One is a giant manager for sure. The other one? Hmmā¦ not so sure. He won things, yeah, but his three national titles were only with Bayern (1) and PSG (2), which is a must. Anything else is abject failure. Then he won the CL with Chelsea, which is actually his only really exceptional feat.
If he wins the world cup with England this summer, Iāll give you the āgiant managerā tag, but before that? I donāt think so.

Iām ambivalent towards England. Not supporting or hating. That said, Iāve been really impressed with Tuchel so far. Early days but looks like heās got them playing fun, attacking football. Also like how positive he is in press conferences, and the energy he brings on touchline.
