If Germany finishes as 2nd in their group they would avoid Italy, Belgium and France.
Maybe England and Spain too.

Yes because they are in the same group.
Just wanted to point out that France (if they win their group), Italy and Belgium are going to eliminate each other on the way to the final.
That would be a shame to be honest. As a neutral I’d rather see the best teams in the final.
But they could face Netherlands, Germany (or England) in the final 
Hate this bloody new format.
Euro being played in various cities, so many sides travelling away from home for those few national stadiums that can’t pay off to generate more money. Football feudalism, new level.
Plus this crap with 3rd places. Fans and the whole footballing world spend more time calculating who will be drawn against who rather than just enjoy the tournament game by game.
