Yes you can. Chelsea have made their loan policy an integral part of their business model for over a decade.
You mean to say that we can generate Ā£10 millions in loan fees for the likes of Grujic, Takumi, etc.??? Over how many years???
You still sell them at the end of it. For example Harry Wilson got us about 2m in loan fee last season plus they paid all his wages. A sale would have got us around 12m.
Weāve kept him for another year, banked 2m and not paid him any money in wages, then we are looking to sell again and can still easily get 12m (which is why we are apparently starting negotiations higher than that).
Worst case scenario we loan him out for another few million this season and have his wages covered once again. Same with Taki, Grujic etc.
Only becomes a problem when they have 1 year left on their contract.
Hopefully we are trying to raise money for Neuhaus and we get a good fee for Mina to help bring in the German.

Withdrawing from the squad for a home olympics is a pretty big commitment. It looks like heās really trying to resurrect his LFC career. Good luck to him, but Iām sceptical tbh.

I think thereās a fear of the covid too.
The olympics should in all probability have been postponed. This is just a disaster waiting to happen , especially with the delta covid variant

He is 26 years old. Only 3 players older than 23 allowed. Not sure he was in contention.
The overage players are normally important, marketable players. Japan only has a handful of players who play in the big 5 leagues, and of them Minamino is the only one who is at a competitive side. Id think he indicated he wanted to make himself available heād be a sure thing.

He was part of the team for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. Scored a goal at that tournament.
Maybe attending the Olympics isnāt that big a deal for him as heās done it before.
Whatever the reason for him not being included in the squad, I am glad, lets see if he can make an impact and impress Klopp in pre-season when heās fully rested and focused.

Yeah, Iām not so shocked.
Itās a very important summer for his club career, which looks like itās closer to being away from Liverpool. If heās not sold by the start of pre-season, maybe he gets a chance to show he merits staying, but as things stand I think heās closer to leave.
Still interested to see if itās both or one of Shaqiri/Minamino who are sold. And then what is the type of forward weād look at.
Itās a bit of a mystery to me. Why was he recalled from NT all of a sudden? It would have made perfect sense if there was any transfer negotiation, as it was rumored back then. Is he still at Liverpool? If so, why is he cooped up away from home when even most of his teammates arenāt around?
Did Southamptonās offer not match our expectations and we are keeping him stand-by for another offer?
If we keep him and donāt sign an attacking player (which Iām expecting) he should be ahead of Origi.
And tbh with the transfer window we are having - him being 5th choice attacker we couldnāt ask for more.
Hopefully not too serious and he will be back within a fortnight.

In the TIA article on Karius, it mentioned that Taki suffered a thigh injury.
Injuries to Roberto Firmino (hamstring) and Takumi Minamino (thigh) could see Origi drafted back into a matchday squad he has been left out of for the past two games, but the outlook is not so good for Karius.
They donāt know whatās up with eithier to be fair.
Firmino ran off and it was said itās not serious but would go for a scan, only Twitter seemed to put him out for ages and they were reporting it the same period Klopp was saying itās not too serious.
As for Minamino we donāt know.
So now we have ManĆ©, Salah, Jota ā¦ Origi left
