Newcastle have gone full strength for their tie against Sunderland. Hoping for a fun game with some fireworks.
Forgot Jobe B was at Sunderland

Good mate from Oxford, and a massive supporter, so I’m watching them take on an in form Coventry City. Would be a huge win for Oxford.
Not interested in hearing excuses about Newcastle’s squad being burnt out.
I’m actually rooting for Newcastle because they have Man City next and are in need of a confidence boost. Can’t see where Man City drop points if they don’t drop them at grounds like Newcastle’s.
Newcastle lose to Sunderland. Disaster!
Bounce back defiantly against City.
Welp, Oxford done already. Over to the big tussle.
Howayyy the Mackems!!
Not even booked.
No VAR here otherwise they’d be checking for a red I guess.
Newcastle players seem to have a very low pain threshold, but amazing powers of recovery.
Admittedly that kind of challenge is painful but the histrionics are ridiculous. Send Botman off for making an impact injury seem like a life threatening event.
Incidentally, I met a Middlesbrough fan recently who told me that they had been taken over by sheikhs too, but without any noticeable improvement in performance.
Doesn’t seem right really.
Sunderland have done pretty well here, impressed with their young midfield 3 of Jobe, Neil and Ekwah.
If eddie loses this he will no doubt cry about that non-pen not being given. Great defending.
Nah fuck that. I dont care who wins this…ideally a sunderland win, if not replay.
Cant bring myself to will any sportwashers on
Gah, shame that.
FFS. Jammy toon
Had been coming. Sunderland offering next to nothing with the ball.
Isak has learned how to go down at the slightest touch. Newcastle has become a truly unlikeable bunch of cunts, their ownership notwithstanding.
There’s another Newcastle player who’s been shot, by the sniper in the stand.
It was always going to be Newcastle on top, and reliant on Sunderland defending well and taking a chance when it comes.
