Stupid question but what are transfer documents. How many pages are they. What do they say?
presumably the legal agreement between the two clubs covering the terms of the deal, and any associated paperwork (perhaps proof of funds, insurance or medical documents or something)

So the delay is in the speed of Fabinho getting there. Hope he passes the lower threshold for speed.
Thats how old he looks. 
Post #620 has him doing the 2nd part of his medical 2 hrs ago while post #623 has him doing the first part of his medical 1 hr ago.He is obviously going backwards and that is why this is taking so long.

Based on his performance last season it’s likely taken them that long to find his heartbeat.
