What would that be?
Modernisation and perhaps getting richer means their kids arent out in the street playing football all day developing that individual ability.
Without that edge they have lost their individual talent and they compete the same way Europeans do and Europeans have way better (more money) professional development facilities.
Having already seen the “debut badge” for World Cup newcomers, here is something new for the veterans: Manuel Neuer has become the first player at the World Cup to wear the “Legacy badge”—an emblem reserved specifically for players who have participated in the tournament five or more times.
Invent literally anything.
Also worth mentioning that the players don’t don’t get to keep those as mementos - FIFA are literally cutting them off the kits after the game and auctioning them.
We need a world where FIFA don’t run this sport.
Even worse

It was mentioned before the tournament: World Cup debutants to wear collectable patches on shirts - BBC Sport
The patches will be removed from shirts after a player’s debut and turned into collectable Topps trading cards.
That said, most of the European powers seem to be at a low ebb. This is not the Germany of 12 years ago, Spain is not the Spain of 16 years ago. The Dutch aren’t great, the Belgians are trying to squeeze one more disappointment out of their golden generation. Globally, it just seems that most countries are in a bit of a trough - which is usually a sign that player development is lagging behind the predominant styles of play.
Can anyone suggest a stream?
