He needs to get his old killer instinct back

Here in Germany has recieved Flo Wirtz more lot of criticsm as in England. The bastard club from FCB have unfortunately lot of influence in German medias.

On my oponion, he said rubbish

Burley isn’t wrong if this was a player who cost what he cost and was turning in what he is at City or United we would be laughing.

Florian Wirtz will be PL player of the season next year.

theres only two reasons to slag off Wirtz

1.you havent watched him play
2.you want to sell content

and this is from someone who started to question his suitability at the club until recently (me)… you could maybe have a discussion around that in good faith, but you cant call it a flunk… i mean, im sure we’d still get what we paid for him, if not more.

The funny thing is that he would have done extremely well at Arsenal (playing at Odegaard’s position) with Zubimendi and Rice behind him.

The problem is that we lacked a Zubimendi (a CDM with good passing) and a Rice (we used to have Henderson as an equivalent). Szobo is too much of an attacking midfielder to play at Rice’s position, Macca is a shadow of himself, and Grav’s passing and control are too limited.

He looks like he can be a class act, like to see him under another manager before any thought of unloading him.

Thank you very much for you answers. I do care always, that Florian can maybe join the club from Bavaria. And i do not want that.

Some of his passes and combinations in tight spaces in the second half were brilliant.

If he has movement as he is receiving the ball he is the next level and as said wonderful to watch.

Honestly he has been a real bright spark this season. Which is amusing given how his season started and the pressure he was under from the media and some fans.

And quite comfortably MOTM last night.

It’s Craig Burley, I’d treat an old crone trying to sell me magic beans on a road side with more credit.

The little scoop pass he did to Salah before Gravenberch’s goal was ridiculous, slicing open the Gala defence. It deserved an assist.
