It might be a concern that the FA and the media will start bullying us to a greater degree than the current state if our regular starting team has 0 English player for the first time (I mean English specifically not homegrown in general).

Doesn’t matter as long we we are within the rules re what the FA (or PL or whoever governs it) set out. Media bullying can be easily ignored.
Even if Harvey goes, we still have Curtis, Quansah and Joe Gomez in first team that are English. Harvey Davies looks to be No.3 this year.
Also, it’s not a new thing - Chelsea fielded a full eleven without a single English player as far back as 1999.
