He will have his reasons… so entitled.
How about, “We would have loved him at Bayern as he is such a good player. It wasn’t to be. Good luck to Florian.”

I mean a whole team not turning up to an award ceremony because one of your players didn’t win is pretty high up on the salty scale, so they’ve definitely got some competition.
Quoting the First Article of the German constitution ( ‘Human dignity is inviolable’) because the press dared to criticise them has to be up there though.
Anyone else thinking an essay on exactly what @Cologne-Liverpool thinks about Bayern Munich might be good reading?
Where the fuck is @Walshy07 aka @bayernsense ?

Friday’s bid has not been accepted, but there should be no reason to stress.
Paul Joyce in The Times has provided a new update on Florian Wirtz.
News surrounding Liverpool’s pursuit of Florian Wirtz has been pouring in this weekend, and the first good news to come was that the Reds had submitted a new and improved bid for the player.
The transfer fee then offered was £100m, plus a further £10-12m in bonuses, according to Axel Hesse in Sport Bild.
Shortly afterwards, David Ornstein in The Athletic came on board and wrote about Liverpool’s bid.
He reported the same, adding that it was a compromise between a large guaranteed sum and bonuses.
Later in the evening, the reliable Jason Burt in The Telegraph reported that Leverkusen were happy with the sum on the table, even though it was below the £126.5m requirement.
“Negotiations are ongoing on a payment structure,” he added.
On Saturday, Paul Joyce in The Times has provided a new update, and he writes, among other things, that Friday’s bid has not yet been accepted by the Germans.
“The significance of Friday’s bid for the jewel of German football should not be underestimated. Although the offer - which is equivalent to 130 million euros (109.5 million pounds) including add-ons - has not been accepted, there is no feeling that an agreement will not be reached in the coming days.”
Dominic King in the Daily Mail has also jumped on the Wirtz news and comes with similar information to his colleague Paul Joyce.
He writes that Liverpool and Leverkusen will quickly find a compromise after the offer of 109 million pounds – 17 million pounds less than what Leverkusen actually wants for their playmaker and star player.
A little more information is also shared about the clauses that will be included in the transfer, and how they will be fulfilled.
“According to sources in Germany, five percent of the transfer fee will be divided between the clubs Wirtz played for between the ages of 12 and 23. Wirtz was brought to Leverkusen from FC Köln in January 2020, and Köln is entitled to around 3 million euros.”
“Other clauses include that Liverpool must pay Leverkusen extra if they win the Premier League again or the Champions League, but this is not expected to be an obstacle. Everything indicates that the parties can agree on 143 million euros (120 million pounds) – which would be a historic moment for Liverpool.”

Is that whole post a quote? If so, where from?
@Walshy07 informed me that he refuses to share because he has not received an apology from someone.
Probably nonsense anyway
Lets just talk common currency. It’s pounds.

Bleddy foreigners.
Will try and find it again… thinking it might have been from The Anfield Voice, which in turn placed it on a facebook post. They quote the newspapers and journalists they lifted the information from, so it should be easy to verify…
