Looks like the saddle mounts (on the bridge) for those two strings are a bit off.
I’d take it to your local guitar tech and have them sort it out properly

I’d advise against unscrewing them completely.
Your string height is too low. Have the guitar tech have a look at it. Should be pretty standard stuff for them.
I also like 9 gauge and don’t like 10

It happens, I’ve done it before. I used to be quite good at string changing on floyd roses.
Now I just slap on Elixir Nanowebs and they last for literally years for me

Got a similar issue on my Tele. Overnight I’ve got a few dead frets. Was going to do some measuring when I get the chance. See if it’s a high fret or something else.

Quite possibly/ probably. The wasted hours watching luthiers on YouTube might have some real some benefits after all! I suspect uneven frets to be honest but a proper set up might still be in order.
I’d just like to see if I can figure out the problem myself and then decide whether that means paying for a set up etc. Not many luthiers in my immediate vicinity sadly.

Just be very careful with a truss rod or you can crack your fretboard

Hmm yeah. Only measuring stuff to start. Neck relief, relative fret height, string heights and radius Vs fretboard etc.
