I’m defering to you Livvy. Just interested for more info. I’d have imagined if you go there as a famous footballer playing for/managing their team you’re unlikely to get much hostility for being ‘an outsider’.
We used to have the same thing in Straya. We all hated everyone’s dinky di cobber accent and the self loathing led to RP pronunciation dominating until waves of post war migration. Now we double down on the strine, maate.
Just think, in 30 years time the Leipzig accent may be rampant across Germany!

Apart from that club, it’s like @Bekloppt said, this area is infested with AfD supporters. Probably a lot of Nazis, etc. Since I wish only the best for Harvey and I know the area a little bit, I strongly advise him against it.

I think it’s a great place for Harvey to go. The play attractive football, have a good relationship with LFC, and the slower nature of the Bundesliga will allow his technical abilities to shine. I hope we get a buyback clause as he might be outstanding in a few years.
Assuming that the sales of Elliott and Nunez go through, our net spend this window to date will be around £150 million. That gives us lots of room to add Isak and a CB.
Brilliant management of the finances by the club.

I think the net spend will be almost impossible to calculate this window. I’ve been excluding Ekitiké from any balance sheet.
