I expect with their financial issues if they go down they will get a points deduction next year due to missing Championship’s Fair play thingy. Or will that only occur after a couple of years down there? Here’s hoping it’s in the first year. Seeing them in League 1 would be funny. Still, Leeds survived and came back (eventually).

To be fair, amongst their entire squad, wee Gordon probably has the best chance of playing in the PL next season.
I think Calvert-Lewin has already been linked with several PL sides. I would think fitness allowing, he would be the player most in demand from their squad?

I think this is a good point. It will be interesting to see how easy they find it to raise their game against the other teams particularly now they have something on the line other than local ‘pride’ and they have to get points from them.

The Bitters always want apologies…can someone point out to the players, manager, owners, that you and you alone are responsible for the decisions made by refs. You feign injury, you feign non existent tackles, you feign racist remarks…it now comes down to fans, refs, commentators and press who do not believe any of your antics, it comes down to cheating…and it doesn’t work and it didn’t work…no-one believes you anymore, one of your team could be lying on the pitch with a broken ankle, play on…we could point the finger at 3 players at least…but if that’s your best and that’s how your going to play…carry on…cause NO ONE BELIEVES YOU…
