I’ll have a bitter please...It’s the Everton thread

That banner is atrocious. How did they select them?

They have remarkably short memories. Off the top of my head I could think of a whole team that would trump those.

Where for instance is Alan Ball or Ray Wilson, both World Cup winners? Where is Brian Labone or big Nev or Alex Young, their golden vision?

So they were even bitter back when they had a good team? Interesting…

A couple of these won the transfer window.

It is also missing the biggest legend of them all… If you are an LFC fan that is :0)

What a shame. Something is going terribly wrong in his life.

Really enjoyed watching him under Poch.

He is only 26 and well-forgotten for a while now. Even a match-stick burns longer.

he’s got good taste in tequila. Azul is top shelf stuff.

I’m amazed to know he is still at Everton :joy:

The deal that took him there was quite an expensive one, i think with lots of clauses where they have to pay Spurs, so it will be difficult to shift him and will be a burden on the club now he is back.

I actually thought he had been there ages frankly.

It is top shelf stuff but Tequila is overated.

I’m a tequila guy, and it’s totally not. it’s overpriced considering what you can get for $50-75 compared to $300 for the Azul here.

No accounting for taste. It’s low on the list for me after;
A good brandy, rum and whisky (order depends on quality)

I drink everything for different occasion

this weekend, was Jamiesons with coffee or cocoa as we were camping in the rain

if it’s sunny on a beach, tequila and citrus juice with soda. or a rum punch.

if I’m chilling in the back yard with the Mrs, we’ll indulge in a red wine or a whisky, especially if we’re around a fire.

She’s into vodka and gin, not so much for me.

Yeah I’m the same really.

It’s all Foster’s down here mate. :joy:

No xxxx? I’m disapointed.

Zafiro Añejo Is the best tequila, fact. Even though it is fake. It is an interesting story on why it was “created”.

I remember plastering the pavement in Matthew Street after a Monday night Wigan game followed by a beer and tequila session with Chronic in about 2009.
Never touched that evil product since.
