They don’t miss a beat to hate on us do they :0)

*Arne Slot looking under serious pressure leaving Molineux Stadium last night. This is heartbreaking to see our red neighbours suffering like this. *
Bottom of the league Wolves beat them 2-1 last night to pile more misery onto the failed season.

If it’s a failed season then what does that say about them?

They are beyond that. They’re a failed club.

Personally, I’ll never go to a derby game at their ground again. There’s nothing enjoyable about the experience of listening to their Hillsborough songs and wiping spit off the back of my jacket. So I prefare to give it a miss these days. Fortunately, I’ll be in London when the next derby game is played.
31 YEARS AND COUNTING!

Final outcome: 5 points deduction to the Bitters and Forest.

These cunts like to bang on about how corrupt the PL are at every opportunity. The reality is the PL saved them from themselves time after time.

They allowed Richarlison to carry on playing and score the goals that kept them up and then banned him after he’d gone to Spurs!
They deducted points from them in a season when they had enough to stay up and not when the offenses were committed and would have relegated them.
Without FFP they would have continued to spend money they didn’t have and would have spent themselves into fucking oblivion.
The PL stopped 777 partner’s buying them when the blueshite were crying like babies because they were desparate for 777 to buy them.

Truth is they’ve dodged the bullet for decades through sheer good luck and massive help from the authorities.

That would Everton all over.

Of course, that partly explains why they retained Goodison Park for the women’s team. It was more valuable as a football stadium than a pile of firewood and a supermarket.

I guess it’s an indictment on how little attention I have been paying to the table this season. Didn’t realize Everton were only three points behind…

They’ll be above us in a week or two.

Oddly my dad has just reminded that I met David Moyes when he was coach of Preston and he gave me a school award (Our headmaster was Preston fan and was involved in someway)

What was the award for ‘Most consistent Shithousery throughout the school year’ or ‘Outstanding commitment to ending another’s school year early?’

The “Merit” Cup probably the closest Moyes has come to a cup, he didn’t see another cup after that for 23 years.

There is an interesting detail that someone pointed out on a Beatles forum regarding the Everton Tifo. Apparently, that picture of the Beatles with a blue scarf on came from the set of the film Help! and was related to them sending a telegram wishing Shankly best wishes for the FA Cup final whilst wearing a long red and white Liverpool scarf:

From what I’ve read about the Beatles, they weren’t football fans as such, and when asked about their allegiances generally said that they wanted both teams to do well. In fact, the Sgt Peppers cover contains only one footballer, at the suggestion of artist Peter Blake, which was Liverpool player Albert Stubbins. John Lennon chose him because he thought he had a funny name.
