I’ll have a bitter please...It’s the Everton thread

I’m sorry I bothered tbh. Thought it would be good for a laugh but it hasn’t been. Some of them genuinely need help.

Piece on the Athletic this morning saying a few senior players are now thinking about forcing a move this summer, as Ancelotti was the only reason they either signed or stayed - most notably Richarlison and Rodriguez.

Amusingly, they were all so pissed off he left that literally the only player to send any kind of farewell message on social media was academy LB Thierry Small.

Bitterness extends to the playing staff, it seems.

Bit weak that. He clearly improved some of the players - Calvert-Lewin for example.

Forcing a move…

Don’t know how much can players force moves in this current climate and market, unless they were normally really wanted.

There was probably a good a reason why James Rodriguez suddenly dropped from Real/Bayern to Everton level.

I guess the Brazilian still has a future at some notable club. For the Colombian it’s Turkey, Qatar, or USA.

I wasn’t far off.

For some reason I wouldn’t be surprised to see Rodriguez end up at Arsenal.

Yeah. They do have some washed up, overpaid players.

I imagine a lot of the transfers that are done this summer will be structured like our deals for thiago and jota - a nominal fee up front with increasing payments year on year as finances return to pre covid levels.

They’re about to have their 8th manager since Klopp took over :joy:

Dyche would be a great fit. he needs to move to a bigger club, but no decent big club would have him. Cue Everton and Moshiri’s millions …

I can’t decide if this hard or easy to believe.

Please be true  The man who ended Juve’s reign coming in to build Everton - might be the geezer who finally gets them relegated

I thought Dyche will go to Palace. But it seems they prefer Nuno.

Allan will be fuming with Carlo.

Carlo may try to take him to Madrid?

Everton have confirmed that Joshua King, Theo Walcott, Yannick Bolasie & Muhamed Besic will leave the club when their contracts expire at the end of the month

Why Allan? He’s never played for a bigger club than Everton. Okay, maybe Vasco.

I hope and pray that they will finally get someone who pays a bit more attention to fair play! I’m so tired of that our players risk getting seriously injured at every derby. For me, these games are always the worst of the season.

But as long as their fans celebrate every bad injury to one of our players as if they had just won a trophy or something, that will probably never happen.

Because he followed Carlo from Napoli for the big project make it to Europe - it failed and Carlo walked out first sniff he got. Allan has a contract with Everton and can’t so easily walk. Nothing to do with the size of the club. I guess its down to what manager they bring in next.

Apparently only Allan, James, Mina and Richarlison are still following Don Carlo on Instagram. All of the other players have dropped him. Guess which ones want to play in Spain?

Thank god I don’t have an Instagram account.
