Momo Sissoko was out for 3 months I think when he injured his shoulder.
I guess it can depend, we’ll see what the reports say, what’s the injury and how long will it take.
So before he joins us….
Robertson was out for 3-4 months when he injured his shoulder. Hopefully a similar time frame.
This way his chances of picking up an injury to his lower limbs, though not impossible, should be limited - before joining us…

I remember Philippe Senderos getting a shoulder injury at the World Cup 2006 when he still was a young player.
He still stayed at Arsenal after that, but never looked the same player. Not the same pace or agility, nor the same strength. He lost about 20% of his physical ability, and never recovered them.
Let’s hope that this lad’s potential doesn’t go down in a similar way. Now he’s probably out for the season, and the club will then have to nurture him back to fitness when he comes to Liverpool next summer.

All I’m saying is out of all the injuries to happen and all things to happen this doesn’t relate to some curse and there are far bigger things in life than Man Utd winning a few games.
I’d rather none of our players ever got injured even ones joining in June.

You cannot make it up we have just paid £60M for a crock that hasn’t even kicked a ball for us. The only consolation with the length of his recovery he won’t kick another ball until he turns up for preseason.
