Jordan HENDERSON MBE: 2022/23

Well, I will need my memory to be jogged to see if Salah gave an assist to an opponent this season.

We should buy someone to replace him in the Starting 11.

12 years of Hendo today.

Iā€™m sure heā€™ll be with us for two more.

Making it to 15 years would be great.

When you think about where the club was then, just post Hodgson, to where it is now, and all thatā€™s happened in between, Hendo definitely deserves respect. Heā€™s been a part of that development all the way through.

Who was the Mackem greeting him?

Happy birthday Captain.

Our captain is trying to intimidate Szoboszlai ā€¦ :sunglasses:

Does seem more toned than usual.

Perhaps some issues over his fitness.

Or motivate

I had a scroll through the comments after he posted those shots - social media people are such scumbags - will say what they like behind their keyboards. Horrible cunts.

Glad to see Hendo working hard, and very much looking forward to seeing what he (as well as Fab) can do with some fresh legs around them and less need for Jurgen to run them into the ground.

Fully expect him to continue to be a great leader for the club on and off the pitch.

Has he taken over the mantle of test monsterā€¦

Yeah some horrible comments.

He seems more toned here than he usually is.

A fatal mistake.

Iā€™d say thatā€™s got one of the same Hendo as always, only we rarely see him without his shirt on. Skinny skinniest legs/no calves as always also! Nothing surprising, heIā€™s a very good pro and athlete, itā€™s a big part of his game and he will be especially motivated both to play a better season as a group and also individually ā€œrespondā€ to new signings.

Always felt he looked chubby in his legs and what Iā€™ve seen he never looked that toned before.

For a footballer/sportsman (and itā€™s not like upper body/overall heā€™s a Peter Crouch), heā€™s got one of the skinniest legs/calves Iā€™ve ever seen.

Small calves arenā€™t uncommon for world class athletes, and can even be beneficial. Longer achilles tendon = smaller calves, but more power/speed.

Yeah, it probably doesnā€™t limit him anywhere. Heā€™s a very good athlete, so maybe it helps him also. But still unusually skinny legs, considering the rest of his body.
