If anyone has seen the full match , how was Jaros as a keeper in the second half ?
I understand there wasn’t anything much he could do about the goal but how is his distribution etc ?

Could not do much about the goal, didn’t touch the ball really, just a few simple passes maybe a chipped ball or two.
To be honest I reckon anyone here could have gone in goal and it would have been the same.
If it had been me in goal, it would have been just like having Elisha Scott back.
In terms of swearing, at least.
Didn’t have much to do but beaten at the near post for the goal.
To be far it was smashed in right in the top corner no? Near post but doubt Ali saves that even
The “beaten at the near post” thing isn’t really the same knock on a keeper as it used to be as keepers aren’t taught to hug the post anymore. I’ve heard David Preece talking about this and how its a criticism that’s a bit outdated now. It was a 1v1 situation and the lad smashed it high into the top corner.
There’s a very good and solid similarity between poker and goal keeping. I’ll type it out when I get 10 mins.
Does anyone know if the Koumas sub was planned or is that Scanlon having another fitness issue?
I felt like it was trying to give another young lad a game rather than anything. Reward him for an excellent season

If it was low down you’ve got more of your body to save it with if your off the post so then it’s a bit disappointing but high up it’s a tough one to save nowadays with the way you have to act.
I was more concerned on his wafting at one cross.
Looked pre-planned to me from their reactions but yeah…
Ben Doak attempted and completed more dribbles than any other player against Karlsruher yesterday (4/6)
Equally, if not more impressive, Doak won more duels than any other LFC player both aerially and ground…
That red passion.
0-25!
