I don’t like that the “U21” Championship includes players who are 23. I know why, but it’s a nonsense.
Same as bloody Odegaard being nominated for the young player of the year at 24 years of age.
Well FM does say most players stop developing at the age of 24 and as we all know football is just stress testing next years FM game.
The qualifying campaign for the European Under-21 Championship already started in March 2021. In order to give all national coaches the opportunity to also select players who played during the qualifying matches, UEFA has decided that all players may play at the European Championship after 1 January 2000 in Georgia and Romania.
Had a ‘wtf’ moment when I saw Max Aarons started for England, half expected to see Jesse Lingard in the midfield after that.
Well he’s got 3 days now…
It’s not supposed to be taken literally, it refers to any manufacturers of dairy products.
Was a bit shit in the U21 game. Reminded me of his brother who is ungainly and isn’t particularly refined. Kone looked much better imo.
It’s not the U21s, its the “U21s”
Not saying it’s a done deal but I guess it’s going to be him. Too much noise to not be true.
Biggest question remains is if it’s going to be a third new midfielder or not.
David Lynch days we’re close to agreeing the deal
It better happen, or else we would lynch David
Or just stick to Twin Peaks…
How does he know that …

Imagine Thuram, Mac AND Kone in midfield?! That would be just too good to be true sadly. The two former are adventurous box-to-boxers, so we still need a new holding player - Fabinho is a spent force - even if it’s a Kone-lite one.
I’ve been wondering whether that is true - Klopp avoided having one here until we signed Fabinho and i feel we made some changes to accomodate him.
Could he be looking to revert to that early flat / flexible 3 type system or use the box set up without a traditional DM?
Or Klopp sees Fabinho as undroppable
Well he dropped him several times last season for Bajectic.
A move which improved us almost immediately
Fabinho had 49 appearances last season.
Think he was dropped for one or two.
Did we dominate the few game when he didn’t start?
If Alex Mac and Kephi are our only midfield signings it wouldn’t surprise me if Fab still plays most or second most out of the remaining midfielders.
