Basque players are often homers. Not easy to get them to venture far afield. There’re exceptions though but few and far between.
Look at Illaramendi who couldn’t even settle in Madrid and had to return within a year plus…
Disappointed still…but we move on.

But what is it about Basque they cannot leave? Like I understand we used to have a couple of Muslim players moving to European leagues in the 80s and halal food was not so easily available there then, they cited that as a problem. But Basque players, what is it? The weather? Food? Environment? Family? Genuine question.

That’s an exercise in failure.
Chopsticks are meant to be used for a bowl.
I could pick peanuts off a plate using chopsticks though. Endo San needed to be the judge of that and not the participant.
