Gakpo mostly anonymous in that half. Would like to see Bobby in there dropping a bit deeper into the mid.
I canāt complain about our performance, did great ti get 2-0 up and then a worldoe by Vini and a mistake at the back levels it up. Weāve been good though, much better than at any other point this season really.
Hopefully we can get another goal or two and have a lead to take to Madrid.

Very entertaining, maybe because both teams are not that good at defending or then again it could be that both teams are good at attacking
And too slow, contributing to Vini having more time to close in. Thatās why Iād add 10% to Gomez, removing 5% from each Alisson and Bajceticā¦

I think if we play like we did in the first 20 min, then we can probably win this. Itās been such an amazing half to watch !
Trouble is the mistakes arenāt rare. They went for 2 games and are now back.
We did not play that badly in conceding that 2 goals unfortunately. It was just 2 sides having a go at each other. And props to Real for coming back at us after that initial shock. And we were more than a match for them, so its going to be a good 2nd half as we try to get an advantage to bring to Madrid.

Well at least the performance is good, usually this season weāve been making mistakes AND playing like shit!
We need to come out in the second half showing more positivity. What I mean is positivity between teammates. It helps no-one throwing your arms up at an off Fab cross or a bad Bajcetic decision. Cut that crap out.
We are back to square one. We started off with brilliance. VJ showed why he is such a threat. There are 3 halves to go. One tonight which can help shape the rest of the tie if we try to restart the second half as we started the first

Young Bajcetic donāt look comfortable out there. Keita is more physical and experienced.

Subs will be crucial. The midfield will need to be refreshed to keep the legs.
Ali made crucial saves but that error stings, especially as he had just seen his opposite number do the same.
i remember watching brazil in the WC and kept thinking, why dont they build their squad around vinny and not neymar? they will never win WC with neymar as their talisman. jus wont happen
