I know this is painful, but this is far from our worst game this season. Much of the first half was brilliant. Remember that.
We are not losing to a relegation candidate or lower midtable team (and we have lost by many goals too against such teams this season) tonight.
This season is terrible for us, was always a tough ask this. I still believe in better days for this team next season. We probably won’t compete for the title next season, but I do think we can be much better and compete and probably even reach top 4. This summer will probably see some well known faces leave and others come in. Might have to spend a fair bit of cash the next 4 windows though but I think owners also can see that and they want value for the club after all.
