He evidently couldnā€™t be risked for 45 mins it would seem, then again maybe Klopp was wary of losing another to injury after Gakpo.

Any other young strikers we can shove on the bench for this? Doak I guess will get a fair bit more time now.

Once we reach the knockout stages of the EL weā€™ll be putting out much stronger sidesā€¦.so too if we reach the semiā€™s onwards of the league/FA cups.

Good thing we still have plenty of good midfielders to use in our PL, EL and League Cup matches : Dom, Mac, Endo, Grav, Harvey, Bajcetic. With Thiago and Trent as bonus players.

Unlike our league I expect the ref to at least be competent to do his job and semi automated offside would do its job on that.

So there isnā€™t many excuses that we shouldnā€™t beat this lot.
