I suspect the complaint would be on the grounds of inducing a breach of contract, assuming Spurs and Porto had a non-disclosure agreement regarding their contract discussions?

No, inducing breach of contract would be on us. Actual breach of contract would be on Porto. Both parties would have liability if causation was shown.
