Good solid first win for the Yankees.
I have to say after a week of ABS I approve of it. Itās very quick and is limited so itās not abused.
They admitted earlier this week itās poorly calibrated and pointed at a position too far out ahead of the plate so particularly susceptible to missing the calls on breaking balls.
Hopefully they hire Webb to sort out their video review process

Iām guessing she isnāt the first to get such threats and aside from being an utterly deranged thing to do I believe this has to be related to rise of online gambling in America. Itās being pushed absolutely everywhere now and America is learning the lesson than England found years ago - sports gambling destroys lives.
But of course the billionaire class donāt give a fuck about that, they just see profit.

I hadnāt realised how badly some teams are off the pace.

I think that a season is about 168 games? That was back in the mid-90ās when I still followed baseball (Blue Jays won the āWorld Seriesā back-to-back. Then the lockout/strike happened).
