Manchester City* - 130 charges (and counting...) (Part 2)

Had assumed you meant Khusanov. Turns out it’s a CB I didn’t even know they had bought.

Pep did say he wants a small squad.

He made 4 appearances, totalling about 50 minutes, with only about 3 of those minutes coming in the league

Pep buys players like he buys disposable vapes. Straight in the bin a few days later.

Not his own coin.
He’s been given PetroCarteBlanche to throw whatever amount he fancies.

Saw that, thought it was a good article. I’m all for people moving and doing the best they can for their career, but it will still take a bit of getting used to to see him there, especially once the action starts up again and we see Lijnders on screen with Guardiola.

If he starts acting like a pillock especially against us then he lay his bed.

Man City will be interesting case for me, whether they can see a seamless transition back which we expect.

Last time this happened they benefitted from a collapse from us in those strange covid years or are we heading back to league decided by points in the 80 rather than the 90.

I expect Pep wanted him to be able to refer to himself in the third person with plausable deniability. And also I guess putting out the cones is proving difficult after he’s snorted all the lines.

As i suspected…Savinho being sold for a profit. A player they bought from Troyes, but who had been on loan at Girona…both part of the City Football Group. All the clubs in the pyramid get benefit, with City getting the most. Seemingly all within the rules, but fuck me it feels disingenuous.

Troyes didnt as he never got to play for them and the fans revolted at being fucked over by the “bigger” part of the CFG. This was all in service of getting him ready for City proper on an expedited time scale but then Pep saw him and decided he was the right fit for his overly regimented approach and so wants him out after a year. Pep has now moved on to breaking the spirit of Echeverri.

I dont have a problem with it. He’s a terrier, doesn’t accept mediocrity, doesnt hide, and feels the sting of losing in a way that sometimes isnt gracious but is what drives him to play in a way that means he doesnt feel it often. He comes across like a little shit bag and this is a reflection of it, but if he was ours we’d absolute adore him for the totality of the package.

In this article, they say that we can expect a verdict until around October. I’m not holding my breath…

Weren’t they saying the exact same thing about this time last year ?

…and rinse and repeat the exact same thing about this time next year.

You’re right…but it is pretty petty/cuntish of him still.

I’d rather our players act with humility at all times. Never been a fan of Silva’s attitude, and when any of our on players act that way it pisses me off.

He’s a cunt, a cheat and a racist. Hope to see as little of him as possible for evermore.

He referenced Portugal…
But he is not in Portugal though is he…
Horrible player him- Where is Tommy Smith or Souness when you need them

From a thread on Blue Moon (started yesterday) titled Sudden influx of toxic City fans:

Is it not possible that this sudden influx of toxic, moronic City fans on social media is mostly just bots financed by the red cartel to unsettle our fanbase and players?

I’m not normally one for conspiracy theories but their arrival was very sudden, very loud and very poisonous.

I’m obviously not referring to Blue Moon, but mostly to those on social media, especially X, as there is pretty much the same number of fools on here as there’s always been.

“Are we the baddies?”

The “sudden” influx, it’s been obvious for years. As for Cartel, get over themselves, they are a fully drugged up petro dollars funded club only Chelsea have as dubious funding both of you have your money by state asset stripping. It’s just the leader didn’t decide to invade a Sovereign nation that the west didn’t decide to ignore.
