At this point , the new FFP period starts from July of this year.
We’ll push back any further signings till after July.
Partly the reasons why there are so many unreliable sources linking Isak to us.
We do seem to have the bandwidth

…watching Dua Lipa
Let’s not give that gobshite the oxygen of publicity.
bit harsh on Dua Lipa, no?
I thought he was talking about Limiescouse
Everyone wants a piece of limepie.

Brilliant defender. Will be great if we can sign him for 40 million.
I’ve only seen him play for England (not nearly 10 games sorry), but I’ve been impressed with what I’ve seen and I’d be very happy to see him wearing (more) red next season.
Did he do any good headers?
Alternatively get him for free next summer if Konate leaves us for free ![]()
But we need someone to replace Quansah this summer and ideally someone homegrown. We could push it but he’s going to have suitors this summer or next.
Yup. Guehi makes sense on a number of levels, I reckon we get him for around 40M. Maybe something like 37 initial fee with 3-5M add ons if we win the league/CL that sort of thing.
And maybe buy Charlie Cresswell for a mere 18 million.
Is he related to Aaron Cresswell who is a known Red?
Nah he is the son of Richard Cresswell.
Get him for less/close to what we receive for Quansah with a buyback option in 2 years seems like decent business
If we can get him for close to what Quansah brings fair enough, but at the price Palace are asking ,he is a swerve for me.

Btw, Asking AI … according to other rumours, who else is on the list for Liverpool centre back shopping?
Liverpool’s centre-back targets beyond Marc Guehi include several young, versatile defenders. Murillo from Nottingham Forest is noted for his aggression and speed. Ousmane Diomande and Goncalo Inacio from Sporting CP are physically imposing and possession-savvy. Piero Hincapie from Bayer Leverkusen offers versatility, while Ajax’s Jorrel Hato is technically gifted. Jarrad Branthwaite from Everton, Castello Lukeba from RB Leipzig, and Brentford’s Nathan Collins are also linked. Liverpool prioritizes youth and players suited to a high defensive line, but transfer fees and competition may influence decisions.
