In Pep’s defence, he has managed to run Phil Foden into the ground by just 24.
First he wasn’t playing him enough, now he has run him into the ground.

Buying someone for ridiculous amounts of money does not guarantee that he will play them; but not having done so guarantees that he will not play them.
