Mohamed SALAH: 2024/25

I thought Salah was just joking about the club wanting more.

This is something Gary Neville does well. His expert analysis is not so good. But he is good at interview’s actually (though I prefer Lineker in that role too).

Well he’s interviewing a fellow pro so the rapport is easier. Wonder how he’d go interviewing non footballers. Lineker is a level above.

Salah rarely gives interviews, but when he does, he’s pretty chatty and open. Doesn’t always say the obvious answers or what peoole want to hear, even part of the Liverpool public. Maybe the club prefers when he’s silent! I liked a few of those answers, especially at the start with what should be the ambition/standard at this football club. Hopefully more players of that same mentality. And a cheeky little dig at Dom at the end.

:joy:

Dom is the new Lovren.

That chance on Monday to make it 1-3 and possibly kill the game…

Please Mo, right foot.

Just watched this. Brilliant interview. Have to admit that Neville is really good at this, and love Mo’s honesty

He will win the Golden Boot and could still win Golden Assist, what a season for him not just the club but individually.

It’s a better name I gave for Playmaker of the season

It’s a step up from the golden shower you keep bugging @SBYM about

He’s not equalled the record, he’s beaten it comfortably.
The other 2 on 47 were during a 42 game season.

The OCD in me is really sad that he didn’t make it to 30/20.

What was it 2 goals in the last 10 odd games?

10 points dropped in our last 4 games, indicator that the whole team dropped a few levels
