Interesting theory, never fell in line with the idea owners were involved in the players bought in, I reckon Klopp, Jorg and co wouldāve gone to Henry or approached him over some video call (as we know heās rarely in the country) and convinced him the type and calibre of player Moises is and persuaded him long term heās the one paying the big bucks for.
