Yeah this latest “injury” should be the final nail in the coffin. Keita is almost always not available for us, but an ever present for his national team. Plus his agent seems to be more interested in stirring trouble instead of helping the club. It is time to cut losses on him. Good luck to the next club that picks him up.

I think I’d prefer he is sold for a huge loss than loaned out. I don’t see any value in letting him go on loan for a year simply on the hope that we will get more cash for him - even if he miraculously stays fit - as he only has 1 year left on his contract.
Sell now. Even if its for around 10m. Same goes for Wilson, Origi and Shaq. Sell for anything (even just 15-20m for all three) don’t loan and don’t keep if they’re not trusted to play.

Tomorrow will be the 47th game he has misses with injury in 3 years. So that’s 1 and quarter premier league season been out injured out of 3.

Last match of the season, the players usually walk around the pitch to salute and celebrate the supporters. Extra special now with people there.

It is ‘strange’ for the captain to have 14 on his shirt (Then again if it were Trent the captain it would be even ‘stranger’). I think there’s been discussion of this before, taking the captains arm band was enough wearing the iconic 8 jersey just a step too far many fans might be up in arms over it (then again Keita hasn’t done it justice has he?). I just think Hendo is happy with what he’s got.
