I get the comparison but for me Dom doesn’t have much creativity. Maybe he can whip the odd ball in but Gerrard has wayyy more guile to his game as well as being even better in every other attribute. Might work especially if Frimpong is right back but not ideal
Bazoumana Toure is another we were linked with around the end of the season. He’s a left footer who has played more on the left side but has done bits on the right and also very occasionally centrally.
Lightening quick but still raw and with only 18 months in the Bundesliga under his belt. Had been looking forward to seeing him at the world cup but he’s not played much since the first game with Nicholas Pepe and some lad called Yan Diomande preferred on the wings. Even with them 1-0 down with 30 to go they’ve just brought on Diallo instead of him.
The only other one in my mind I’ve seen anything of is Endrick. Didn’t seem to settle at Real Madrid yet and looked like he might be on his way out. Then had a really good loan at Lyon from January and now Real say he’s going nowhere. We’ll see what Jose has to say but again, very young and certainly not the finished article.
Can’t see Endrick being an option unless we all club together to buy his wife a massive gift card for Liverpool One, there are various media reports that she has a big influence on his transfer moves:

Could do a job there for 2-3 years, experienced, PL proven and certainly good enough. Don’t know, how long his contract with Barcelona still is, but maybe he is an affordable option.

I think Munoz will play there a lot, so I doubt we will spend big in this area.
I’d be very surprised if they sell him, he’s an important player for Barca. The only reason for selling would be if they’re concerned with his recurring hamstring injuries, in which case we should stay away.
Salah will be rejuvenated for the remaining year of his contract.
They’ve been signaling they are willing to let him go as they consider him their most sellable asset to raise the money they need to make the additions they want to make (Alvarez). He is already 29 though so is a complete non starter

Minteh really seems to fit the profile perfectly for the right side. The only problem is dealing with Brighton for the fee. 21, left footed, pressing machine, really high chance creation. Maybe not a great finisher yet, but that could come. Semenyo I think was in a similar situation in terms of finishing, wasn’t he?

End product is the issue with Minteh, otherwise his dribbling stats and pace are what we need.
He does put a lot of crosses in but they don’t amount to much.

There’s a lot of these young far right idiots in Italy trying to ‘reclaim’ Mussolini just like there’s Franco lovers in Spain. The lad better hope he doesn’t end up like old Benito after the partisans got hold of him and his girlfriend.
I don’t watch as much European football as I used to, and in the Champions League matches I’ve seen, Barcola has mostly come on as a late sub rather than being a regular starter. So I can’t really comment too much on him (or many of the other European options that have been mentioned).
From the Premier League players I’ve watched a fair bit of, I prefer Minteh over Savinho. Both are direct and capable of beating a man, but neither consistently delivers end product at this stage. The difference for me is that Minteh works his socks off defensively and in pressing situations in a way I haven’t really seen from Savinho. He also seems physically stronger, which I think gives him more ways to trouble a defender.
With Bowen, I wonder if West Ham might be open to a hefty loan fee. That could give them the option of bringing him back if they come straight back up, while also allowing him to maintain (or even increase) his value with a strong season for us.
Bringing in Bowen on loan (either as an option on the right or through the middle while Ekitike recovers from injury) feels like the kind of short term solution we don’t usually go for. But in this case, it actually makes a lot of sense. It would also give Abe another year to develop before gradually introducing him the following season, similar to the minutes Rio got last year.

Bowen on a loan is actually a really interesting idea (but I am admittedly a bigger fan of Bowen than most are)

I feel like Minteh would be a very good backup option but not the guy you pin your hopes on on that right side.
Probably the same for Bowen.
