The BBC like all the other networks are so desperate for it to be a title race are clingy on to all none issues.

I just watched the MOTD coverage, and saw wave after wave of Bournemouth Attacks, punctuated by two goals from us. Strange, because we were comfortably ahead on all the metrics - possession, shots on target, chances, xG. Strange that.

Ive just watched the same highlights and i thought exactly the same this is a totally different game to what i watched earlier. I found even the commentary in the game today from Courtney Sweetman-kirk was heavily favourable in Bournemouths favour.

@Jackbenimble @The-AllMightyReds knock off the grab-ass, or Iā€™ll have @ISMF do something awful.

Got a little bit irritating hearing in the media what a ā€˜massiveā€™ win and a ā€˜massiveā€™ 3 points Arsenal got last week when they scrapped the points at bottom 3 Wolves.

That today WAS a massive 3 against an in form team.

Weā€™re gonna do it arent we?

Tomorrow is a big day for that. Arsenal now needs a big win to keep the gap from growing, that is a real test for them.

Well Nunez misses one every week according to some on the internet.

Cooks reaction shows that he knows there was contact and no arguments from him.

A Title decider, eh?

Itā€™s thoroughly unhelpful from fans to speculate like that.

No one was commenting when he jumped on NĆŗƱez after the latterā€™s first goal against Brentford. People just seem to be seeing what they want to see I guess.

Whatever the reason, he was poor yesterday. Contracts and Madrid interest, or whatever is going on, he was in poor form yesterday.
Bradley was much better on that side when he came on.
Not piling on Trent, but he was at the Man Utd level with yesterdays contribution.
I would speculate that the rumours of illness or virus is having an effect.

Thatā€™s kind of what Iā€™m getting at though. Heā€™s had many games like that in the past, and probably still will in the future. Thatā€™s expected, but now that thereā€™s all that talk about Real Madrid suddenly itā€™s all because of him throwing a tantrum from that?

As others have said, Bradley was hardly shining when he came on either, so itā€™s probably a combination of the threat that Bournemouth pose down that side (which Arne commented on a lot post-match), and perhaps illness/injury.

I thought Bournemouth had a Klopp team feel about it albeit with younger players. Semenyo = Mane, Kerkez = young Robbo etc. And their constant running and attacking play kept us on our toes. And I donā€™t think itā€™s a coincidence they have so many first team players injured. Sound familiar?
Their manager Iraiola(?) will likely be poached by a top club next season, hopefully not Chelsea.

I just watched the Slot interview. I didnā€™t even realise that it was controversial. Thatā€™s probably because I donā€™t go anywhere near Twitter!

I do think Cook was unlucky, because that was clearly not what he intended, but he obviously knew he had clipped him.

Itā€™s frustrating to me that this is always accepted to be the case, instead of Bournemouth retaining him and building something bigger. Itā€™s quite sad, it just means the same few ā€œbig clubsā€ over and over again.

Yes, plus they are shit. Inside and out.

Tis true. I do love Quickie (that is my pet name for him) and I go a bit moist when I think of him.

Alas ā€¦ I fear his heart lies with another. Iā€™m looking at you @jaffod

Its impressive that you can still experience moistness.
