MacAllister looked deranged as he walked off the pitch.

It occurred to me after this game that I’d be more confident about this team going into an away game at Bayern Munich than I’d be for an away game at Burnley.

I’m starting to think that there’s a false arrogance to this team. And it began for me with that diabolical back heel by Szobo.

Same way I felt with VVD and Bournemouth first goal today.

Something is wrong with the mentality of the players. And this equally speaks to the manager…

With VvD excuse on not kicking the ball out to get Endo on to replace JoGo, plus many other instances I felt during many matches on unexpacted slowing down instead of launching a counter, it seems to me that our boys have lost the football and street smarts. There are no improvisation but just simply following some kind of bad formulae.

That sentence alone is why Gakpo needs to be sold.

i think Salah is on autopilot and the club is on auto pilot regarding him… theyll be looking for a suitor that Salah is OK with…its no longer Salahs agent looking for a deal, but the club.

regarding VVD, thats harder, he deserves to walk on his own terms, the guard of honour in a successful and well run team… at 34 (is it) hes playing every minute of every game in a shit system with players falling like flys around him and no end game in sight.

what acunt of a way to go…that first goal i just looked at and looked at his reaction and thought that he deserves to go out in a better way.

he cant even be rested FFS.

bah.

Spot on. When Bournemouth were breaking several times, we often had 2 or 3 players jogging back. Grav, Gakpo, Mo often the perpetrators. Klopp wouldn’t have tolerated that.

Not just MacAllister but Salah,Gakpo,Ibou.

He was completely switched off

Gomez got injured on the pitch. Why not have a replacement on before he gets off?

Because you can’t

The Wait: The incoming substitute cannot enter the field until the outgoing player has crossed the boundary line

I think its quite clear we need a fresh start with someone new to lead us onwards. I would love for it to happen now rather than at the end of the season so we could see which players would start performing and which would keep playing like they do now. We can tell the players to fuck off and complain about performances of the old players and the new players and anyone in between. But its clear that many of them would be better if they had a fresh start from this pile of shit they need to go through every week.

I agree in that situation it can be a bit delayed but of the 6 minutes of been down to 11 we had the ball for 2 minutes.

Is that so? Do we dominate our opponents, or do they let us have the ball, knowing that we won’t get through with our walking football anyway?

I hope so, for your sake. :folded_hands:
Last time i was at the Anfield Road end, Roy Hodgson was in charge and we were protesting against Hicks and Gillette :see_no_evil_monkey:

i think he meant the ball…and we can dominate the ball.
