He only turned 22 a couple of weeks ago. He is still a top class youngster. For perspective, he is 6 months younger than youth prospect Tyler Morton
Players who were a regular starter for a team on course to win the league by a record margin are ok but not good enough to be regular starters on a top team
This isnt just a thing that is happening in this conversation, but appears to be happening everywhere I see conversations about what Liverpool need to do to be competitive next season. I’ve never seen a team so successful have so many players deemed not good enough.
