Its the first time in the Klopp era were i have seen no fight from the players and in a derby as wellâŚ

I thought we did fight and work hard in the Derby, however every time we did we got a foul given against us. We got dragged into their style of game and lost.
Jota, when fit, is a very intelligent player whose strike rate is much better than Nunez or Salah. Not quite in Suarezâs league but pretty damned good.

Yep. Ref was a total homer. He let the crowd referee the game. You could see it in the first minute, Calvert-Lewin just puts two hands on Virgilâs back and pushes him underneath the header.
Ooooooooh. Van Dijk has got to be stronger, says the stupid Manc Twat on commentary. Itâs not a question of strength, is it. Itâs fucking physics. You apply force to an object in the air and itâs going to move.
And then Konate, probably thinking âOK, thatâs the game weâre playingâ gives Calvert-Lewin a nudge and the referee immediately gives a foul.
That was the pattern of the night, sadly. We werenât allowed tackle them. They were allowed to kick lumps out out of us.
And no itâs not why we lost. But it doesnât fucking help does it?
And the thing is, I really donât mind the idea of a ref being swayed by a home crowd. Itâs part of the idea of home advantage. But, it would be really nice if occasionally we got one at Anfield.

The push whilst a player is in the air is more prevalent now than it used to be as refs used to understand it and award a foul, it is as though todayâs refs do not understand certain nuances of the game.
What the fuck does that have to do with it?
Letâs not forget that this result would be nowhere near fatal if the refs hadnât fucked us on three occasions this season. A corrected league table has us on somewhere between 7 and 9 points better off and Arsenal and City should be three down each.
I saw an Everton fan saying that they should be mid table but for the eight point deduction. Yeah well, we got a similar deduction and itâs cost us the title.

At the start of the season Everton have two objectives.

I get their fans are delighted they have achieved both objectives, but maybe if they could summon half the fight they seem to manage when the play is more regularly, they wouldnât be getting stuffed every other game.

Same old same old.
Nothing changes. Same shit start, gift a goal and in the last few weeks we havent managed to get a goal back let alone 2âŚ
Fulham dont count as we never went behind despite doing our best too.
I was gutted but am now of the opinion we do need a change at the top. The players have heard same voice for years and they need a new voice with new ideas.
We need a re-jig up front. Salah looks spent and nunez nowhere near good enough. Move them both on and bring in someone who can score from 6 yards not blast them at keeper.
New DM and a new CB as well. Konate is nowhere near consistent and his last few performances will hopefully see him moved on.
Seasons over. Roll on the summer
Thatâs my point on Diaz. A few weeks ago people wanted him sold. Not fit to lace Maneâs boot etc.
Last couple of games he has looked our biggest threat.
If it was up to fans weâd be buying and selling ten players every year, and wondering why the team isnât cohering and all the money has gone. It would be like supporting Chelsea.
A lot of us here (not all of us evidently) can remember what a squad full of deadwood looks like. Itâs doesnât look like this. Even with the good sides like the near miss Rafa or Rodgers ones had more than a bit of shite making up the numbers.
There isnât a player on our books that hasnât shown they deserve to be here. Not one.
