I don’t think anyone is against investment in the squad this window but some fans don’t seem to understand where we need reinforcements. Endo Morton and Elliott don’t get game time in the league but Gravenberg plays every game and needs someone to sub on to rest him, in my opinion we need a defender and a midfielder but I don’t expect these owners to spend money.

I actually think that he has a point re reinforcing. Perhaps no one suitable is available, but I’d be happy if the club are able to bring a defender or forward in now, 6 months early - if the opportunity arises. Certainly would not countenance letting the likes of TAA leave to Madrid in Jan like some have suggested.
As things stand, in this particular season, I thought they put up one of the toughest fights thus far.
We were clearly better, but it just didn’t click for that brief moment or two like it has been.
And Ange is a big, loveable, cuddly Aussie rogue. Tomorrow night things will look far more agreeable.

Has TNT Sports even showed it in the post match? Just kept half on eye, and it’s mostly about the goals/saves, unless i’ve missed it.
One fresh leg this season could be important though.
Anyway , onward to the next one. Brentford away won’t be easy. But we’ve got the quality.

Some of these positions should’ve been addressed already in the last 2 years, we’ve neglected and neglected and it’s cost us trophies.
We’re not winning the league with Trent and Robbo as fullbacks and Diaz up top, we just aren’t. We all know Jota can’t be the main man because it’s a matter of time before he’s on the shelf…Darwin is what he is, Grav cannot be the star performer 50 games a season, he’s human and will have 6/10 games. Who is there to fill in for him? No one. Or at least no one the manager is willing to trust.

Why do our guys never appeal for pens like other teams? I thought there was nothing in it because Salah just got up and no one else appealed. Then saw on replay a pen could have been given against either defender
