Lol, that is rather childish, Mo is paid the wages that he is, as mostly performs, if he doesn’t then he is open for critism
The reason diaz is getting so little is because he refuses to sign an improved terms contract.
When/where has that been said!

His initial contract was a 6 year contract.
That doesn’t mean he has turned down a contract it means he has approx 18 months? still left on his deal.
There were murmurs online of Liverpool offering him an improved contract a couple of seasons back. Evidently he’s not keen on that.
Must mean it’s true, then. After all, no online murmur has ever been wrong.
This was back in 2024.
Jack Lusby? Where’s @Kopstar when you need him?
Fair enough.
And this being a discussion forum, some argument against your criticism may happen.
He has been criticised here, quite a bit. There were people willing to jettison him and bring in Jarod Bowen at one point…
One super poster wanted him, Bobby and Sadio dumped after a 0-0 draw a few years ago…
So, fill your boots…
You might be right…he should have even better numbers this season. 100 goals and 80 assists enough??
Be warned though…
Some people might disagree with you.
And thats what you do to more than any other player. They joys of working nights gives you ample time to research things. This season alone you have commented a 1103 times on Mo been poor. You seem certainly to have an issue with Mo. One game where he has 2 goals 2 assists you said but he did very little else.
Of course Salah can be criticised, but it has to be fair and logical. You can’t criticise him as if he is some office worker who is being paid handsomely to get through a certain amount of work and he doesn’t.
His wages may be 50k or 350k, it has nothing to do with his ability to put away any particular chance.
It has really, otherwise I’d be getting hundreds of thousands for running around my park kicking a ball.
In this match I thought Salah looked lively and willing however he didn’t score.
Neither Salah nor Diaz seem decent in possession when deep imo. Diaz particularly dribbles far too much never taking the quick simple option and getting into trouble or placing a very poor pass. He often creates chances for the opposition to counter attack. Lot’s of energy however little direction.
No, that has to do with your ability to do it better than others. It doesn’t mean that you are always the best and that you take every chance.
I’m rarely worried about Salah in possession. He always finds a pass or space. He rarely loses the ball.
This season he’s been very good from my recollection. He has misplaced passes quite often in previous seasons when receiving the ball deep however his decisions and execution when forward tends to be excellent as seen by his assists numbers.
Let’s face it neither are midfielders so encouraging both to take quick simple options when deep would help us immensely in general.
I’ll take all recent league performances with a pinch of salt. The team performed when it was needed. I don’t care the complacency creeping in because that’s common and is fine as long as we win the title.
The performances in cup games can be assessed which is across the board - Slot to coaches to players they all need to figure how to improve next season.
I’m not sure it’s complacency but more so that the season is catching up to us. It happens, and I’m sure we’ll take measures to make sure it doesn’t next season.
I think it’s the opposite of complacency. They are playing with a nervousness and inhibition that is borne of being so close to the league, miles ahead, but also aware what kind of laughing stock they would be if they managed to fuck this up. That’s why it get worse when they are a goal up. I think the pressure is suffocating them.
As soon as this league is done you’ll see them play with freedom again.
